General Questions

When will I receive my order?

  • Processing generally takes between 24 to 48 hours. Shipping generally takes up to 6-8 weeks.
  • All end of the year orders need to be placed before October.
  • If you would like to have your item shipped at a later date, please contact us and provide us with your anticipated date. We may not be able to guarantee your chosen date, but we will work with you at your convenience.

When will I be able to track my shipment?

We will send you an email that your product has been shipped and the installation company will be contacting you to schedule your installation.

When will I receive email notifications?

We will send you an email every step of the way from order confirmation to you installation date. We strive to keep our clients updated throughout the process.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Orders may not be changed or cancelled, in whole or in part without prior written consent. Orders for which product has started may not be cancelled. Order changes may affect delivery dates. Order changes may affect delivery dates. Expenses incurred because of order changes will be charged to the Client. In the event of cancellations prior to the start of production for products, Client will be liable for reasonable cancellation charges.

How does the installation process work?

  1. During the checkout process, you will tell us a little bit more information in regards to delivery site conditions.
  2. Within 24hrs-48hrs we will send you a quote and you will submit your payment.
  3. The installation company will be aware when your delivery shall arrive.
  4. One to two weeks prior to delivery, the installation company will call and schedule your installation.
  5. They will assemble your product and you will need to sign off on the installation. Please note the installation company is not responsible for connecting your electrical components. This will need to be done by your electrician.

What is your return policy?

The return of product is not accepted.

What is the warranty?

  • Warranty Period Lifetime- All components manufactured by Vendor.
    • Three Years – Motors and other electrical components.
    • Two Years – Etch Markerboard writing surfaces and all other components not manufactured by vendor (period covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty)
  • Warranty does not apply to:
    • Damage caused by a carrier
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Defects caused by improper installation Third party materials applied to the products subjected to improper use and conditions.
    • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence accident or alterations
    • Etch Markerboard writing surfaces.
